When life challenges us, it is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that we are supposed to go it alone. Having other people walking alongside us can feel vulnerable, so we try to hide the pain and shame and pretend like everything is okay when it isn't. Maybe you feel lonely and disconnected in your relationship, or maybe you struggle to see your own inner worth. Either way, asking for help can be hard, but if we work together, I believe that we can find a path forward together!
